We have a number of Summer workshops for you to choose from this year!
Frozen
With the success of Frozen and the love I can see the children have for it, it was only natural that one of this year's Summer workshops should be based on this popular film. With an opportunity to dance out the story, this workshop offers a great activity over the Summer.
Alongside ballet, the workshop will also offer arts and crafts, storytelling and stagecraft and upon pick up will end with a performance with basic hair, make up and costumes.
The workshop runs in both Putney and Barnes at the beginning and end of the holiday.
We recommend that the children bring a packed lunch for Barnes and an afternoon snack for Putney.
No experience is necessary.

Sleeping Beauty
We also will be holding a Sleeping Beauty workshop in Putney. This follows the same structure as the Frozen workshop but is based on the popular tale of Sleeping Beauty. Children should bring a packed lunch and the workshop ends with a performance for parents with basic hair, make up and costumes.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Our Sister company, The Barnes Musical Theatre Club are holding a workshop based on this wonderful musical on Weds 30th July. 2 workshops are available, a Junior one for children age 7-12 years and a Senior one for children age 8-12 years. No experience is necessary and as well as learning the songs and dances the children will also play drama games and learn singing and acting technique.

Drop in August Classes
Alongside the workshops we also offer drop in classes for the month of August, these operate on a pay as you go basis and you do not need to be a member of Butterfly Ballet. Classes are held every Weds starting on 6th Aug at St Osmund's Church Hall on Castelnau and no booking is necessary.
3.00 - 3.30pm - Baby Ballet - 18months - 2.5 years - £7.50
3.30 - 4.00pm - Nursery Ballet - 2.5 - 4 years - £8.00
4.00 - 4.40pm - Junior Ballet - 4 - 5 years - £8.50
